1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Build Autonomously (“the Service”), operated by AE Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Build Autonomously is an AI-powered platform that autonomously creates, deploys, and operates businesses. The platform uses AI agents to discover market opportunities, build products, validate them, and manage ongoing operations. You understand that:

• Businesses are created and operated primarily by AI systems
• AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Revenue and performance are not guaranteed
• The platform is experimental and under active development

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to create businesses that are deceptive, harmful, or illegal
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete directly with Build Autonomously
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our permission

5. AI-Generated Content and Businesses

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI agents make autonomous decisions about business creation, pricing, outreach, and operations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or commercial viability of AI-generated businesses
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any business that operates under your account
• AI-generated legal documents, contracts, or compliance materials are not legal advice
• You should consult qualified professionals before relying on AI-generated outputs for legal, financial, or medical matters

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by AE Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Businesses and content created through the Service on your behalf are licensed to you, subject to these terms. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized data about platform usage to improve the Service.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AE Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or any business operated through your account.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
